We were blessed on June 9, 2010 at 10:10am with a beautiful baby niece! Baby Linnea (a Swedish family name isn't it cute?) weighed 7 pounds 13 ounces and was 21 inches long. Mama and baby are both healthy and happy and for that we couldn't be more thankful.
Pictures from Wednesday (she was about 8 hours old in these):
With Uncle Dan & Auntie Ali
The most gorgeous face we've ever seen!
Dan and I are now in Cheyenne, Wyoming for a wedding this evening. We went to their rehearsal dinner last night and just had a blast (I swear my steak was 4 inches thick...they know their steaks up here!). Everybody in this town is so kind and welcoming I know we will be back. Tomorrow night we're staying down in Denver, and then off to Chicago on Sunday!

she is sooo cute!!! Have fun!!
ReplyDeletenew follower to your blog:) It's great! Is her name pronounced Like : Lyn-neigh? or like Lyn-E-Uh? I show an art video to my kiddos about Monet about a little girl named Linnea who goes to Paris to meet Claude Monet...The little girl's name in the video was said the second way I pronounced it...The first way I enunciated it was because I went to school with a girl that said her name Linnea (sounded like Lynn then Neigh) like a horse..:) Anyway now that I typed a novel on you comment wall!
